1. Offer applicable only on transactions completed between 14 Nov’21 00:01 PM  -  20 Nov'21 11:59 PM .

2. For online consultation, 30% discount of consultation value can be availed upto a maximum limit of Rs 75.

3. For medicines and health products, 30% discount of order value can be availed maximum to a limit of Rs 750.

4. For lab tests and health checkups, 35% discount of checkup/test value can be availed maximum to a limit of Rs 1000.

5. For online consultation, cashback of 50% of consultation fee or Rs 500 (whichever is lower) will be credited as healthcash in Practo account within 24-48 hr post consultation. 

6. Formedicines and health products, cashback of 50% of order value or Rs 500 (whichever is lower), credited as healthcash in Practo account within 24-48 hr upon delivery of order.

7. For lab tests and health checkups, cashback of 50% of order value or Rs 500 (whichever is lower) will be credited as healthcash in Practo account within 24-48 hr upon delivery of report. 

8. Healthcash will be credited only once per day for a given type of transaction.

9. Cashback will not be processed in case of cancelled orders or tests/checkups.
