Types of pains

Back pain: It can occur due to multiple reasons including physical stress, muscle and joint injury, and poor posture while sitting or sleeping. The factors associated with a higher risk of developing back pain include a sedentary lifestyle, poor physical fitness, old age, pregnancy, and excess weight and obesity.
Neck pain: It starts from the neck and radiates down to the arms. It is caused mainly by a poor posture, prolonged use of electronic devices, and diseases such as arthritis. Neck pain can also lead to shoulder pain, headaches, and back pain.

Shoulder pain: It is common among working professionals and occurs due to strain from overexertion, neck pain, shoulder injury, dislocation of shoulder joints, and fracture of the upper arm bone. Injury, fracture, or dislocation of the shoulder can cause inflammation, which can lead to swelling, redness, and pain.
Knee pain: It is caused mainly by knee joint injury, sprain, and constant stress on the knee. It can be associated with age and is the primary symptom of arthritis of the knee. The severity of knee pain may vary, but common symptoms include stiffness, swelling, crunching or popping noises, and instability.
